Shipping is via USPS, Sendle, FedEx, DHL or UPS depending on the location. Please expect 3–10 business days. Only US billing and shipping addresses are accepted at this time. Shipping times may change during promotional periods.

Returns & Exchanges

The following return policy applies to items with the Kabbiesbelt by Kabbies and not to any other items, including but not limited to. Only when no other return policy is mentioned in relation to a particular product does this return policy take effect. When you receive your order, please carefully review it. If you return your item(s) to us within the first 30 days after the day you received your original order and are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we will issue a 100% refund. (Shipping paid by customer). Items must be without signs of wear and within 30 days of the purchase date. When we receive your returned item, this reimbursement will then be handled. All products from the first purchase, including buy-one-get-one-free items or bonus items, must be returned for any exchanges or returns for full purchase credit. The consumer is responsible for covering the cost of returns. We regret that we are unable to accept packages marked “bill recipient”. All returns and exchanges must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Get an RMA number by getting in touch with our customer service: Visit 8609970279 at support.kabbiesbelt.com. We will reject the shipment if the RMA number is not on the packing slip on the outside of the box. You can request that Kabbbiesbelt email you a pre-paid mailing label for your return. For each prepaid shipping label used within the 48 states, $9.98 plus any applicable sales tax will be withheld from your refund. Exchanges will be processed and shipped at no additional cost to you upon receipt.
